Beautiful Historic Home by Chautauqua Lake

A upstairs private 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment above the Ryder’s Cup Coffee Shop & New Leaf Photo Studio .  

You’ll be staying in a beautiful community with a park right down the road. Our apartment is fully equipped kitchen to cook any meal & perfect for families with all the shops nearby. 

The space 

Upon entry into the apartment, guests will be greeted with a walk-in closet to their left. This closet, obviously is a great spot hang coats and put shoes in, but it also has a few surprises... its equipped with all kinds of outside activities like: Tennis, Basketball, Badminton, Football, Pickle Ball, Volleyball, Kan-Jam, Ladder Ball Toss, Frisbee, Water tennis. Swimming/sunbathing equipment includes: Beach spread, Umbrella, Sunscreen, Beach Towels & Goggles.  

This spacious apartment, sleeps 5 people comfortably: 

The master bedroom provides a queen bed & a walk-in closet. The closet is home to extra linens, a steamer, iron & ironing board & a luggage scale to check you bags weight. The front guest bedroom has two twin beds & a small desk for a cozy work area. Next to sleeping areas, power distribution units are located making charging phones etc. convenient.  The Inviting living room has a comfy twin sleeper couch (with a foam top cushion) as well as nice sitting areas to read a book or catch a Netflix or Amazon movie. The large flat screen tv is has an attached Roku and Google Cast device. Guest can also ask "Alexa" to play their choice of music or play a game! Speaking of games, there are several good old fashioned board games, located in the antique attorneys bookcase below the tv. One of our favorite card games is called Five Crowns also in bookcase.  

The roomy  bathroom is home to a refinished antique clawfoot tub with shower & handheld spray-head. The bathrooms armoire is equipped with towels, washcloths, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, dental floss, hair dryer & more!  

Foodies-we have a fully equipped kitchen! The stove is gas operated... preferred by many chefs. The sink has a disposal to get rid of those food scraps! The kitchen is home to a coffee bar (restored antique ice cooler) complete with a Keurig coffee maker & a standard filter coffee maker. Keurig pods and coffee provided. Also on the coffee bar is a microwave oven. The kitchen table sits four, has a complimentary snack bar area complete with chips, popcorn, candy et. 

Fully equipped laundry area with new stacked clothes washer & dryer.  If you really feel the need to clean! There's a closet in the hallway, with vacuums, brooms, dusters & a Swiffer.

You are free to explore Ryders Cup Coffee shop on the first floor of our home during business hours. 

Other things to note: This charming upstairs apartment is situated over "Ryder's Cup Coffee" serving up great java and New Leaf Photography . The business & AirBNB guests all use the front door to gain access. Once the coffee shop turns in for the early evening, activity is pretty much non-existent. No need to worry about making noise or playing your music too loud at night. :)  

Many area communities rely on dedicated service of volunteers for Fire/EMS. Our local Volunteer Fire Department utilize a siren "burst" (in the Village) to let fire/EMS personnel know they have a call. This practice has existed for over a century. Some visitors (unfamiliar with the siren) may mistake this for something else of concern - not to worry :)
